If you require support, you can visit the forums or e-mail the support group. While anybody can write to the support group, nobody else can read it; whatever you send is safely kept our of the eyes of others.
Make sure you've read over the FAQ before sending support mail or making forum posts. We try to update it often enough with common questions.
When asking for help configuring Prowl (your notifications don't show up, etc.) please include screenshots of your Prowl style in Growl.
We absolutely love feature requests! Shoot us an email, float your idea. You might just see it in the next version. :)
Operations
Prowl is currently running on virtual private servers from Slicehost (referral link).
Prowl is currently divided into two servers. One, a 2GB slice, runs the database. The other, a 512MB slice, runs all of the website-related content such as the API or this website you're browsing.
